Call Transfer Issue - Audio Lost on Call Transfer

Admin Access Required to modify SIP Trunk Settings. If you do not have admin access, please speak to your administrator.

Log into web interface and navigate to SIP Trunks.

From within the SIP Trunk, navigate to Options and under the Advanced section, enable PBX Delivers Audio. Hit OK at the top of the page to commit changes.



Once committed, test the changes by making a test call and transferring that call to another extension.
